Yes, Bolivia, there is a reason that of all Latin American inter-hostility you receive the worst of it. No you didn't just get assigned Latin America's bitch because you're poor, you earned it. The rest of Latin American doesn't quite know why what how you earned it either, but, they know you earned it. They're not saying it right, they're going after the wrong things, but they know why they hate you.

Your communication commits the act of murder, that's what you do. You speak to a person for more than twenty minutes they feel like they have been stabbed three times by day to day conversation. You've dropped all maybes, all supposes, all please and thank yous, all I believe, how I perceive it. There's no way for you to communicate the validity of any form of alternate to what you are hearing or saying, there's no such thing as an alternate logic. You have no way to communicate any form of humility, nothing within your vocabulary can even touch the concept of modesty, submission or shame. There's no way for you to communicate a shared value, unity, shared future or friendly nation. You're never the participant or subject of your sentence. You cannot say that it is desired, for desire opens the door for bargaining, it is only ever required. Your tone is always flat, harsh, no possibility that you will ever hear a tone that touches charm, warmth, sympathy, or reassurance. It has a certain guttural quality, a certain mechanical voice box quality.

You state what you have done is removed the buffers, such things are not tolerable in the rest of the world where submission is read as politeness, we're not asking permission to state reality, we don't smile voice. That's aahhh... You're tense, guys, you're tense. It's just day to day conversation, there is no need for you to threaten us over your opinion of the weather. Now, you KNOW modesty and submission are concepts that exist for a reason, you know you do, entirely cutting these concepts out of your communicative abilities means all you're ever capable of doing is stating your reality at the other person until one of you must become dead. And you know this is the only possible outcome within stating your opinions of the weather and so you know you must adopt the tone that suggests you are prepared to murder.

Now, you felt you needed to remove the ability to feel shame, you're not apologizing for being poor, being indigenous, being unstable. That's all fine and good, the rest of the world can be a little over the top with these things. Being within a wealthy populace, particularly an American wealthy populace can really make you automatically dehumanize people for living on the scary unforgiving unknown unknowable end of the human experience. I know you're a little more concerned with how the rest of Latin America views it, and, well, shut the fuck up you're poor too. You don't get to use the wealthy western feelings on Bolivia we're using these feelings on you too. However this is not the way to deal with your problems, if the shame cut into you this deeply, there are other ways of resolving this.

We're not... We... Rest of the planet... We never wanted you to manage our feelings, you don't need to be finished with the management of our feelings. That's all you, we're not concerned with how you feel about our feelings. We're not within your world trying to declare your world, the only one within your world is you. You don't need to do this to yourselves, this isn't the world you're doing this to the world isn't you world this doing to you doing world to world doing to.

As children, you all just love raping each other and then for the rest of your life adopting the memory wall, an early cultural insertion from the Spanish. They imposed the repression ceiling and then behind the scenes raped all of your children, the collective learned how to properly operate under the repression ceiling, you all subconsciously locked the system, it carries on due to the gap in generations. Far too many of you carry on with it into adulthood... It doesn't usually go insestual at least you have that.

Collective semi-conscious signaling causes all of you to gradually collectively subconsciously construct your new system of communication from the starting base of your collective inner tension. All the while making it all about your isolation, reinforcing it with everything Latin America does to you assuming what you're getting is the standard Latin American tensions.

About five hundred years ago you had successfully locked in that indigenous speech is a thing to be corrected and made civilized. Speaking softly and over explaining becomes a method of survival.

You start by trying to force softness in order for it to be received, "I need to explain this more clearly... You're misunderstanding me..." This kind of thing falls into a blur of babbling idiots and becomes ignored and patronized. Okay people don't respond to content they respond to tone, it's a battle, communication is a battle and we are to pre-emptively defeat this judgement, and now the outside world is just using our tone against us. Now, why do you want something? Why do you want something from me what are your MOTIVES? Why do you ASK do you think you'll just be GIVEN? You're too ideological. Why am I the one doing your emotional work for you? Why am I the one reassuring you? Why do you want ME to sound grateful when you know I am being dismissed by YOU?

You then realize you're not within a dialogue you're within an environment, there's no need for you to communicate with anybody you only need to signal to your environment. By now you have all collectively slipped very very far into depersonalization and derealization, almost as severely as Cambodia. You then realize the moment you speak as yourself you are attacked, and so it is no longer you who is making the assertion.

Yes, Latin America likes to communicate performatively and non-literal, yes they do. That's not what the problem is, it's just what really makes you stand out as an anomaly within the region. You are the ones making the concept of communication a big fucking deal, not them.
